Eric Marsaglia joined Northern Insurance in 2006 after holding several insurance related jobs. Eric began his career, after graduating from Illinois State University with a double major in Finance and Insurance, with Allstate Insurance as a Field Catastrophe Adjuster. He handled an extensive workload of property claims that resulted from large weather/non-weather events such as Hurricane Dennis, California Forest Fires and 9/11 in New York City. This proved to be an invaluable experience in handling claims in a highly stressful situation. After 4 years of daily travel throughout the country with Allstate, he joined Nationwide Insurance as a Regional Property Adjuster. After 1 short year with the claims organization, he began the Marsaglia Agency of Nationwide Insurance in downtown Plainfield. Eric grew his organization over the course of 6 years before joining Northern Insurance Service, Ltd. Since the merger, the agency has grown continually and has now extended into a second office in Glen Ellyn.

Eric is a proud father of three boys and currently resides in Plainfield. He is heavily involved in several local Plainfield organizations. He is a Past President of the Plainfield Lions Club, Past President and member of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 8 years and serves on the Executive Board of the Plainfield Riverfront Foundation.
